Use KarmaWell For your Holiday Shopping this Season

As I was checking the latest Twitter feed, I encountered a post by two-time NBA MVP, Steve Nash. In his latest post, he was promoting the Steve Nash Foundation through the use of KarmaWell.

The Steve Nash Foundation is an amazing foundation and it is supported by KarmaWell. What is KarmaWell? I’m glad you asked! Have you ever shopped online for a particular item? Perhaps you’ve even purchased multiple items online! What’s really neat about KarmaWell is that for no extra cost, it will donate a percentage of what you paid to a “cause” of your choosing! There are hundreds of different causes that your purchase can help out!

Here’s how it works. You would sign up and have it connected to your Facebook (they need to get their company name out to as many users as possible). After that, you would choose the causes you would like to support. Here comes the fun part, you search the list of retailers and click on one that appeals to you and shop away! Your donation percentages will be calculated for you on KarmaWell and it will tell you how much is donated!

For example, if I chose Right to Play as my cause and I shopped at adidas online, 4.9% of my purchase would go towards Right to Play! Awesome! Sites pay KarmaWell for the traffic that is generated by linking us, consumers, to their site. KarmaWell also has travel and hotel companies listed for that special trip you had in mind! So far, KarmaWell is based in the United States but has many international companies listed on its website.

This holiday season, use KarmaWell if you’re planning on doing some online shopping. Like the site says, “you shop, we donate, your causes benefit!”
